All "MSA" frequencies (not "possibly MSA") are grouped due to their common CTCSS of 192.8 (thanks to Alan Henney for this information), the MSA frequencies are not FCC licensed. The "Baltimore Orioles" frequencies are FCC licensed, however I was unable to verify their use. Some listed but unverified frequencies were provided by Alan Henney.
